Afternoon/evenings Part-time hours 2:30-8:30 pm Responsibilities include answering phones and directing calls, greeting visitors, completing resident transport documentation, and other miscellaneous duties. Computer skills required.
October 29, 2025
Provide transportation service for residents to physician and healthcare provider appointments outside the facility, to activity-related functions and to other places/events as requested and approved by administration. Must be at least 23 years old due to insurance requirements.

CNA certification. Additional responsibilities for housekeeping, laundry, dining room and other miscellaneous duties. This is an evolving position that will require flexibility and an awareness to recognize needs of the facility without specific direction at times. An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to serve in numerous roles and capacities will be vital to success in this position as we work our way toward full occupancy.

Full-time or Part-time 1st shift Work during the week and every other weekend. Responsibilities include providing good housekeeping to ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Full-time and part-time CNA positions are available during the week and every other weekend. Responsibilities include: Helping residents with activities of daily living Supporting nurses in providing quality care with favorable STNA to resident ratios. 2nd & 3rd shift and weekend pay differentials as well as a monthly attendance bonus We are currently accepting applications for anyone interested in receiving financial support to complete a nurse aide training program for STNA certification.
