Shifts included are: 5:30am – 2:00pm 6:30am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm Working every other weekend Duties & Responsibilities: • Take patient meal orders and communicate menu choices • Serve patient meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and guidelines recommended by the treating physician • Read each patient's records prior to distributing appropriate meals or snacks • Collect all trash and food remnants from patient rooms • Promote the highest levels of quality and service • Ensure proper food and sanitation standards to comply with federal, state and other regulatory agencies • Maintain and foster positive and professional working relationships • Other duties and responsibilities as necessary Requirements: • Foodservice experience is a plus • Minimum education includes a high school diploma with ability to read, write, speak and comprehend in order to communicate with fellow team members, clients and patients • Ability to follow and give written and verbal instructions • A basic understanding of diet principles, food preparation and cooking methods is a plus • Previous experience with computerized diet office systems is a plus Benefits: • A family culture and atmosphere • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members • 401(k) with generous company match • Paid vacations and holidays • Immense training and growth opportunities We conduct pre-employment drug testing. Responsibilities include coordination and delivery of resident care involving medication administration, resident assessments and treatments, and supervising caregiving staff.

CNA certification. Additional responsibilities for housekeeping, laundry, dining room and other miscellaneous duties. This is an evolving position that will require flexibility and an awareness to recognize needs of the facility without specific direction at times. An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to serve in numerous roles and capacities will be vital to success in this position as we work our way toward full occupancy.

Full-time or Part-time 1st shift Work during the week and every other weekend. Responsibilities include providing good housekeeping to ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Full-time and part-time CNA positions are available during the week and every other weekend. Responsibilities include: Helping residents with activities of daily living Supporting nurses in providing quality care with favorable STNA to resident ratios. 2nd & 3rd shift and weekend pay differentials as well as a monthly attendance bonus We are currently accepting applications for anyone interested in receiving financial support to complete a nurse aide training program for STNA certification.
