Maple Grove is a safe, peaceful neighborhood of attractive brick duplexes on tree-lined streets behind the Apostolic Home. It offers carefree living for seniors who still want their own home, but without all the headaches. Each apartment includes a deep one-car garage, back patio, large eat-in kitchen, and comfortably sized bedrooms. Most of our residents hail from Rittman, Smithville, Orrville, Wooster, Wadsworth, Norton, Barberton, Doylestown, Clinton, Seville, or Creston, but we warmly welcome people from any location.

Maple Grove Independent Living units all have slightly different layouts with square footage ranging from a studio apartment of 490 square feet to a two-bed, two-bath condo of 1508 square feet. A majority of the condos are 800 to 1,100 square foot with a two bedrooms and a one-car garage. Prices are generally between $1,000 and $1,800 per month, which includes electric, water, sewer, trash, lawn care, mulching, snow removal, and general maintenance needs.
